How do I access the B2B website?
To access our B2B environment, you can register as a store using theregistration form on our website. After approval, you will receive your login details by email.
I forgot my password, what now?
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and follow the steps to set a new one. If you have any questions, please contact us at sales@coblo.eu.
Can I add multiple users to my store account?
No, this isn't possible. Each account is linked to a single unique email address. If you want multiple people to order, each person needs their own account.
How do I change my company details or delivery address?
Log in to your account and go to "My Details." Here you can edit your company information and delivery address. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us.
How can I place an order?
Log in to our B2B website and add the desired products to your shopping cart. Then, proceed through the checkout process.
What is the minimum order quantity or order value?
The minimum order value is €250, excluding VAT and shipping costs.
Are all products always in stock?
We strive to keep our entire range in stock. If a product is temporarily unavailable, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
What are the purchase prices and do you work with discounts?
You can see the current purchase prices once you're logged in. If you pay immediately, you'll receive a 2% discount on your order. Use the code: DIRECTBETALEN. This discount code may NOT be used for orders placed on invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via iDEAL, bank transfer, or by invoice (after approval). Select your preferred payment method during checkout.
Can I order on account?
Yes, that's possible. We'll perform a brief credit check. After approval, you can order on account with a payment term of 14 days.
When will I receive my invoice?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an invoice by email. You can also find all invoices in your account under "My Orders."
What is the delivery time of an order?
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM will be shipped within 2 business days. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery service and therefore cannot guarantee delivery times. As soon as your order has been registered with the delivery service, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace information by email.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping is free for orders over €750 excluding VAT. Smaller orders have a flat shipping rate of €15.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we also deliver to stores in other EU countries. Please contact us for specific shipping costs and delivery times per country.
Can I specify a different delivery address?
Yes, you can enter an alternative delivery address during checkout. This will be saved for future orders.
Will I receive a track & trace code?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow the shipment.
What should I do if a product is delivered damaged or incomplete?
Please report this within 3 business days of receipt by email with a photo of the problem. We will provide a suitable solution, such as a subsequent delivery or replacement.
